- A rich and varied programme — between 25 and 30 events each year: established artists, up-and-coming performers, discoveries and regional talent, for a broad audience
- Les Chumédiens — the resident theatre troupe, which presents a new original comedy every year, written and directed locally. An absolute must! The kind of show where you laugh until you cry and spot familiar faces in the audience
- L'Harmonie de Bellechasse — an amateur and semi-professional musical ensemble that showcases the artistic vitality of the county. Always a festive performance
- Cinema — two films per month from September to April: Quebec and international cinema, documentaries, repertory films and films for young audiences — a wonderful option for a quiet evening in the cold season
- A unique new setting — since the summer of 2025, the MCB has been temporarily based in the Grande Chapelle de Notre-Dame du Perpétuel Secours, a venue full of character that adds a special dimension to every event
- A community-rooted organization — founded in 1995, run by a board of directors and many volunteers, the MCB is the living cultural heart of Bellechasse. Attending a show here means directly supporting local life
